Deep Dish Pot Pies: From the Refrigerator

When you’re ready to bake your Potpie, let it sit out for approximately 10 – 15 minutes, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, remove the plastic lid, place the potpie on the middle rack; use a baking tray/cookie sheet to catch overflow/spillage and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.

Deep Dish Pot Pies: From the Freezer

Yes, the potpie is freezable; consume within a month. (We do not recommend freezing the seafood potpie; it will get watery and change the consistency of the gravy.) Remove the pan from the freezer and place into the refrigerator until defrosted (approximately 7 – 8 hours), then follow the instructions listed above for baking.

NOTE: YOUR ALUMINUM PAN IS FREEZER, OVEN, GRILL, STOVE TOP AND MICROWAVE SAFE; IT’S NOT DISHWASHER SAFE, SO PLEASE HAND WASH, reuse or recycle.
